I recently returned from the NACURH student leadership conference in Tucson, AZ. With me were nine student leaders from UNL and about 3000 students from across the United States. NACURH (The National Association of College and University Residence Halls) is conference for residence hall student governments. While enjoying the sunny weather in Tucson we were able to choose from hundreds of presentations to take part in as well as socials at night. Our delegation got lots of great ideas to bring back to UNL, met tons of people across the country and had a blast in the process.
It is just one of the many benefits of getting involved at UNL.
Elections for student government are right after move in, so be sure to run for a position in your residence hall government. Hope to see you in the fall. — Craig Lennon, RHA Advisor
